How active learners are counted
A learner counts once when they sign in to, open or complete learning during a billing month. Staff, employer supervisors, test accounts, suspended learners and archived learners never count.
We warn customers at 80% and 100% of their limit. There are no surprise, automatic or backdated overage charges.

Are prices in Australian dollars? Is GST included?
All prices are in AUD and shown excluding GST — GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your receipt.
What exactly do I get on the Free editor plan?
The full visual editor with 1 project, 100 MB of storage and packages up to 25 MB, with 50 saved versions per project. You can view and export your work even if you hit the limits.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
You keep paid features until the end of your paid period, then drop to Free. Your projects are never deleted — if you're over the Free limits you can still view and export everything.
Can I try the LMS, and what happens to learner records if I stop?
LMS plans are month-to-month, so you can join and cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you stop, learner records, reports and certificate verification stay readable and exportable during the retention period.
Do editor plans include the LMS?
No. The LMS is a separately purchased add-on with its own plans, so cancelling one never affects the other.
